Our loved  traditional seaside home has virtually remained unchanged over the last 40 years. The family ethos of all age groups being together on holiday has continued from generation to generation. We have plenty of garden games and beach equipment to use and in the event of bad weather are well equipped with board games, jigsaws and cards. We would love you to enjoy the house as much as we do.  There is so much to do for all ages and abilities from digging on the beach at Daymer, sailing, skiing or surfing in Rock or Polzeath or walking or painting the beautiful North Cornwall coastline. We welcome a maximum of 2 well behaved dogs, but ask for them to remain downstairs and off the furniture.

The House:

The Kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking and entertaining. There is a dishwasher, microwave, oven with ceramic hobbs, large fridge freezer and an overfill smaller drinks fridge. There are plastic plates and tumblers in the cupboards to take to the beach. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage.

The Sitting room/Dining room has large windows that look over to Stepper point and out to sea and a door out to the terrace.  Whether you are eating or relaxing you can keep a close eye on the Estuary activities. The dining room table seats 10 comfortably.  There is a small television with a DVD player and a wood burner. The sideboard contains games, jigsaws and cards

The Bedrooms:

All bedrooms have duvets, pillows and blankets. There are also basins in the bedrooms.

Upstairs we have:

 - a twin room (which can be zipped together) to make a superking bed.

 - 2 single rooms

 - the main bedroom with a superking bed.

Downstairs:

 - a twin room with 2 single beds

 - a  twin room, with a single  bed with a pull out bed underneath.

 - a small conservatory room with a small single bed.

We have a bathroom upstairs with a separate loo and downstairs there is a shower room. There is also a downstairs loo in the hall.

On the landing there is a large airing cupboard. (Great for hanging wetsuits in overnight!)

The house has a landline telephone and WIFI.
